Customers finding they cant pay on mobile
I have escalated this complaint to IT, but still have no resolution.
I must be missing out on bookings as 80% of people try to book and pay with their mobiles.
The issue is at payment stage it kicks them off. I have tried it myself and only applies to mobile bookings, I am registered for mobile rates too.
Any advice please.
Who are you referring to and how did you do it - "IT" ?
