Default currency for my Property - synchronization problem (VikBooking - e4connect - Booking)

Hi, I have a property with ID: *** and this one is synchronize by e4connect (Rates and Availability). But my default currency on my site is in CZK. When is it synchonized with my component VikBooking (e4connect) then synchronize a value 890 CZK to 890 EUR and the final price is 26times higher :-( Is possible to change my default currency for my booking account to CZK from EUR to synchronize correctly? Or another solution? Thanks

For that you need to contact BdC Partner Support

 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Good day,

Thank you for your message. Prices are entered in euros in the extranet. They are then converted to the guest page according to the current exchange rate of the guest's currency. Thus, for example, for guests from the Czech Republic, the price will be displayed in Czech crowns. Unfortunately, the currency of the calendar cannot be changed from euros to Czech crowns. Please contact your Channel manager E4JConnect, through whom you upload the prices, how to upload the prices correctly in order to display the correct amount in euros.
