The "Delete My Property" Posts
There must be hundreds of posts in this community from people who want their properties removed from Booking.com. This shows a lot of disatisfaction with Booking.com
Many of these posts are caused by the no-shows and no payments with owners losing money
These things can be fixed very easily, but it takes time for people to learn the Booking.com systems and choose the right settings. Sometimes, certain settings are not available, but if it's not there, the owner doesn't know about it.
With so many people wanting their properties removed from Booking.com, isn't it time that Booking.com agree there are serious problems with their systems and do something to fix them?
Booking.com must be losing a LOT of money to AirBnB because the AirBnB systems so much easier for new owners .....

The only reason I use BDC is the number of reservations they get me. Airbnb are a much more user-friendly site and the guests from them are always polite (because hosts can review them back, LOL), but Airbnb don't get me enough reservations. I am now getting nearly a third of my bookings from my own website, as guests learn to Google the name of the business and negotiate the better rates they can get direct. Suits me!
