We had a double-booking made in error by Booking.com, due to a bug in their system. (They've admitted it.) To be honest, it has created a lot of hassle.
Anyone else had this issue?
(To clarify, we own a townhouse in Spain and it's down as a single unit. Both bookings were made by Booking.com and so it wasn't a case of me not updating the calendars. Besides which, I synchronise them.)
