Double booking
Hello,
I have an urgent problem that i never had before. I have my airbnb calendar connected with the one on booking. I never had a double booking until few days ago and now i have 3 of them. I don't know what to do. I checked if the calendars are conected and they are. Few days ago i turned a guest down and he canceled the reservation but now i have more of these situations in the future.

I would do a bit of a test on the calendar synch by closing out a couple of days in booking.com and then seeing if that copies over to Airbnb. This may take a bit of time as synching not instant. But you then have a bit of control and know what is happening.
I've found the synching to be good and reliable the majority of the time, with occasional hiccup when cancellation in one system doesn't clear in the other. But overall good and now possible with expedia which I couldn't do before.
