Double registration

By accident my accommodation is registered twice. No I have a room which is open and the same room which has status closed. I would like to close one accommodation but leave the other open. Because it is the same room I hope deleting one room will not delete the other

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
