An end to Anonymous reviews?

I must admit that even though it takes bdotcom an absolute age to rectify/implement something that should never have been possible in the first place, all partners will be happy about this new ruling.  

Its a shame that at the same time the right to reply should have been given to partners for all reviews received, ie A review rating score given by guest but with no comment means we can not reply to a score be it excellent or bad.
