fake bookings


I wanted to contact you and ask for help about bookings that are clearly fake. This is happening second or third time that someone is booking many days and in the end not showing. I feel very frustrated that i can not get bookings in the middle of the season, in the time 'guest has booked' until i click on "no show". This booking come from countries like Turkey and I can't take it anymore.

Please help me. The next fake booking I got is from 26.02-05.03.2021.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I hear your frustration and I'm sorry to hear. Please follow the above and give us a call to assist you with the reservation. It'll be good to take down your local number and get in touch directly whenever there's a reservation related issue.
