Fake Reservations

Received reservation with address  as 30 08 Prudential Tower, 19 Cecil St bangkok.

After researching of address, and telephone number provided, requested guest provide evidence of quarantine period at hotel with check-in and check-out dates prior to visiting destination, valid email address and contact number, evidence from bank and booking partner (I believe to be Agoda) credit card details provided was valid and guest verification completed.  Within 14 hrs, cancellation booking received.


BOOKING.COM need to re-consider their Booking.Partners!!!

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have had similar issues with fake reservations. It is impossible to actually get through (to the number given on the contacts) on the telephone here in SA. I have just had another reservation which I am convinced is fake (name is garbled and telephone number consists of 13 digits excluding country code). I now tried the email option and was told that to expect a reply within 2 days. This reservation is for Monday (today is Saturday) and now I am prevented from taking any legit bookings.
