Feature request

To try and stem the flood of repetitive, basic questions, could we have some kind of flash box that comes up for a new post of all members at Level 1 (or Level 0 most importantly).

As soon as the "Start a conversation..." button is hit the box should come up.... "Please try entering your enquiry subject in the search box at the top of this page. It is most likely your question has already been answered and may find an immediate answer here. Thank you" 

This flash box then ceases to function when the member has reached Level 2.
