I agree with Junior's suggestion as your instructions do not function - there is no drop down menu in the mail section - only pictures.
This is extremely annoying as we need to send guests acces information and a house manual with important information on the house prior to their arrival - these are much too long to write in a booking.com mail.
Please act on this quickly.

Create video that take Guest though the Terms, Procedirues and Policies.
All these videos can be uploaded to YouTube as unlisted, meaning only a viewer with the link can view.
These links can then be put into your auto and manual messages templates.

I have gotten around this, the long way. By forwarding an email I have created to guests, which includes a pdf attachment.
I do this by, copying Guest email from their Details page.
Then in email - go to my Sent, find a previous email including the attachment.
Forward it, so it keeps the attachment. Paste Customer Email.
Then delete the parts of original email not relevant, or replace names etc.
Send email to customer. This email you send, does appear still in the Message part of your customer reservation. So that is good.
Clumsy approach - would MUCH prefer using a Message template in Booking.com like I do for new bookings, Arrivals etc. But of course, only a couple of image file types are allowed.
Please booking.com, allow us to include PDF or Word files in message templates.
