I am Hannah from reservation department at Ibis Ambassasdor Seoul Myeongdong.
Recently, there have been a lot of fake reservations, so I'm trying to ask your help or ask if there is a solution for it.
When I tried to contact the guest via the phone number or email they used for bookings, it never worked.
I have seen some people used a fake credit card or put wrong card number to avoid no show or cancellation charges.
Is there any way to distinguish between fake reservations and normal reservations?
Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
