Free Airport Arrival Taxi Transfer To Accomodation - Contradicting Info

I hope this finds you well and sets a clear unambigous tone. I would hate for anyone to misread or misconstrue anything I say.

I recently updated my listing to include the details of the Booking.com Free Airport Taxi for Arrivals only to the accomodation.
According to the article Guest should be directed to BdC Customer Service to book it.
The article also shows it was last updated a month ago.
Other than the stipulations listed there is no other mention of any other limitations.
However in the last 24 hours two things have happened..
1. BdC USA team advisor rang me about a reservation and how the guest has seen my info on the offer. He tried to tell me the offer was limited by other factors NOT mentioned.
Such as randomly offered and subject to a minimum spend
2. On right pane of the home page of the Extranet there is a new Info Tile
With this in it:
Clearly both sources contradict each other..
I asked for someone to ring or email back once they confirm things like:
other Limitations;, min. spend; how far in adance it can be booked.; etc...
So that I can amend my InfoGraphic.
I have yet to get a response from BdC Customer Support.
So at this time all we can do is take the article at face value and tell guests they can avail of a Free Taxi from Airport on arrival, and to book it via BdC CS phone number.for their region. The USA based advisor I spoke seemed to think it was limited and once I quoted the srouce of the article, he did a 360deg turn and started agreeing with me. He did say he would contact his manager about it.
I pointed out that until someone amends that article which is publically viewable , the offer is still valid, for any Guest , regardless of booking spent amount. on arrival.
Again he agreed.

Thanks but I will instead reword it ,to make it clear, the additonal info as its a great way to boost potential visitors.
And I just found out from one of my visitors today that when they rang BdC support to see if they qualify, they were also told one condition is:
Also guests dont read everything or ask questions so they wont all see it .

I didnt even know this free taxi service existed!!!
I suspect based on a comment the usa based advisor made , that while there is a city list on there, the conditions vary by city/country too. So even if those are the conditions for Dublin Airport, they will not be exactly the same for others on that list.
