Today I am unable to call and get through to anyone as it is asking for the customer reservation number and PIN.

So how can a partner call for assistance now please? Am I supposed to know the customers PIN?

Customer wants to cancel I have sent a request to cancel. I need someone to release my accommodation so that someone else can book in.

Where did you find that phone  number?

As it sounds like you are not using the Partner Support number in Extranet.

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:



1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
