full refund

Hello, 

My guests for June have just cancelled due to Coronavirus and I want to give them full refund. How can I do that?

It will depend on your cancellation policy.  But if you need to refund even if within chargeable time you should contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.
