I opted out of the Genius program last year. But for some reason I received 3 bookings through this program when I opened on booking. After quickly opting out again. I have lost revenue due to this as I have been having trouble getting an answer from booking. I just cant get a hold of booking for a call back.
I guess you have to try to contact again BDC by sending them a message request through your Extranet inbox.
