Guest abusing me over the phone
I've had a guest who booked for 1 person then turned up with 3. The cleaner was just leaving so they alerted me to the issue. I called them and asked them to have the right number of people or leave. They chose to leave. As the policy for cancellation is 5 days they didn't get their money back.
Once they left the cleaner went back in and the house stank of marijuana. he has since called me at 11.30pm and started shouting at me down the phone demanding his money back. As he cancelled the booking I can't report him for misconduct. is there a way to complain to booking.com about him? I'm worried he's going to go to the property and smash the window.
