Hello.

I would like to start a conversation with one of my last year's guest: Mr. *** *** from Great Britain, reservation nr.: ***, IATA/TIDS code: ***, who stayed in our apartment Ina from 21st till 25th July 2020. He forgot some personal belongings here and I would like to send them to him.

At this point if he wanted them he would have reached out by now.

 

You can dump them , you are not obligated to chase this up, and BdC by policy dont allow communication after 7 days after checkout.

 

Also never post  guest data here

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
