A guest that hadn't cancel the stay

On Dec 15, 2020 I have received a reservation from Priscilla booking number: ***

In a conversation with her we was talking about a cancellation of booking, but she didn't cancel the on booking.com and I don't have her as a guest.

My question is how can I cancel ?
