The guest violated public order, used drugs. The police were called by neighbours. Later, the guest gave a low score for revenge. How to remove it. You can't write anywhere, you can't reply to a guest review.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Unfortunately booking.com won't do anything about the review if it doesn't break their very specific requirements like naming staff/abusive language etc. You can respond to guest reviews but only if they've left a comment, if they don't then there's nothing you can do =(
