Reservation # *** this guest left a review about bed bugs but we did not find any upon inspection of the room they were here for 2 nights and just said it happened last night. If there were bed bugs they would have been bitten both nights. can we please get this review removed? Christian Perez Room 311

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
