Guest Review: all six categories show a 10 but the overall total is 9.0. How can this be?

yep thats perfectly normal..

a species... known as ' homo idiot sandwich',, aka the Guest ,
who is lazy and does not do it right, nor pay attention to what they are doing nor give it some actual thought, ergo the Gordon Ramsey coined term 'idiot sandwich'.

there is no relationship between the sub rates and the over al rate, never has been, plenty of feedback on it here over a year ago and BdC have no intention for changing it since, despite all the rage.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
