Guests Review
A recent guest scored us 10 for all 7 categories and the write up was amazing.
We cannot understand why the guests over all rating (presumably the average of the 7 categories) is reflected as 9.
Please can someone assist us with this as the guest does not understand this either.

Hi Sioux Xi,
Guests select an overall score from 1 to 10 to rate their experience at your property. This is the only question guests are required to answer before they can submit their review. The average of these overall scores becomes your Guest Review Score, which we display once you receive at least three reviews.
We also ask guests to rate your property in these 6 specific areas:
All of these ratings are optional and don’t count toward your Guest Review Score.

you left out how all sliders are independent and require the guest to manual slide it all the way to 10, which they dont.
