I see that since some time booking gives kind of an extra swing to guests reviews sothat somehow the real info gets blurred. I strongly advise just to copy the experiences of the guests. What happens, I really dont know or understand, the guest gives his fair opinion and somehow you get lower figures then the guest gives you. Now with my last guest I got from the guest for everything not more then a 7,5 even only a five for wifi and guess what.........the overall figure was a 9! Nobody can understand such.
And now I am writing..... so one invented genius customers and later kind of supergenius customers. This is not good for anybody. It only results to less and less nett income for the partners. Advise...keep it as far as genius customers and stop with any further discounts.

The review system was changed some time ago and we were notified. So a guest can give individual scores and then an overall score, whereas before the overall was an average.
If you don't like Genius just turn it off. Under Opportunities.
It is NOT the question if one likes or dislikes Genius and/or to turn it on or off like a radio. You cannot escape from it. And since booking suggested to give the genius status to everybody it only yields to lower income to the partners. And then a higher level like some supergenius is invented. It brings nobidy nowhere.
Yes you can escape from it, just turn it off. I agree that genius is offered to too many people and then it is us that lose money. Just turn it off !
