Hi, everybody, do you know how can i charge an additional cleaning fee for pets?

where i can set up an additional cleaning fee in case there are pets?

Since that is not a fixed fee for all guests you would have to handle it directly.

 

THe additional fees section of policies under Property Menu, is only for mandatory fixed fees for all guests.

 

So when a guest who see Pets Allowed, they cannot be charged via that method, its would have to be either :

  • factored into the rate value
  • direct prepaid to you
  • paid to you on arrival

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
