Hiring and Retention

Hello 
We are having tough time Hiring

It has been very hard to get applications 

most of our current employee telling us if they ask anyone in their living area to come apply for a job the answer they getting is we getting $300 unemployment so we don’t wanna work. I’m not sure how to send this message to our leader ship at Washington or in the state level so they can understand how business is hurting in this kind of busy time we cannot even hire people to take care of your business. This also making the government not making revenue of taxes because we cannot pay payroll taxes as people don’t want to work.  Business is not doing good because we cannot support business due to lack of employees.
