Homestays not available anymore. Why?

I've heard from our local Customer Service several times last months that Homestays are not allowed anymore, but there is still available option when registering new properties.

What's Your opinion about this issue? Do You think it is good or bad for local businesses and earning money?

Hi Guys..we in Australia have the same thing ..I think its bad for the accommodation sector.

What a bummer. It is a good thing I have a bnb. Perhaps just change your category? Did you ask them why? Was it the hotel lobby or state rules?

So I got an email from you that for 10 days my hotel will be blocked because of some kind of verification… first at all how and who will do this? mans secondly

Verification of my hotel just when the short season started
