How do I cancel a property and start over
I started listing 6 months ago, did not get great reviews so decided after 3 clients to stop witht he intention of renovating the whole apartment. It has now undergone a huge transformation and is far from what it was, hoping to get 100% 10/10's from now on but would like to start a fresh property as layout etc is all different. Cannot find anywhere to cancel current property.

Pretty sure you will need to contact the booking.com help team for this.

Make sure you email them using the Inbox icon on Extranet or call them.
It is impossible to find a link to a phone number or email - it just ends up coming back to this thing!
