Share your story.. Just to remind you, do not mention booking number and guest's name.
In a review a guest complained about their not being a microwave in the apartment - I explained that we do not advertise one and neither a tv, etc so as not to create false expectations and got told by the guest that it is pretty standard to have a microwave today and penalised us in the rating for facilities!
The funny thing that "it is pretty standard to have a microwave" and not a TV as everyone has notebooks, cellphones and other gadgets. So, microwave became a center of attention.
If budget permits, buy a used one. And they do penalize for facilities and it has no connection to real situation.
