How long will take for a ownership transfer?

I purchased a hotel at end of July and submit the ownership transfer request form on 02/08. Till today, I haven't received any update.

Since the ex-owner has disabled the hotel on booking, now the customer could not make reservations through booking.com anymore.

Booking.com is our major sales channel, it doesn't take reservations causing our selling rate to drop dramatically. I try to call the office, but the only answer is: you have to wait till someone contacts you. This is really a struggle situation.  Cause I even don't know how long should I wait.

I just want to ask, do you know normally how long would this ownership transformation process go to take? Is there any way I can have an update about what's going on?
