How to sue booking.com
Booking.com took commission for a period where we had cancelled all bookings because of covid19 and because it was against the law to take any guests in the UK.
Over several weeks I have been phoning and emailing without a response.
Does anyone know what address they have in the UK so I can take them to court.

Are you using the private number under extranet > inbox> booking messages ,
Can you clarify what happens when you ring? is it engaged tone, disconnected tone, international redirect tone etc.
Puzzled by you saying you emailed them where there is no such email for partners, i'm going to assume you might be referring to the Booking Messages Inbox .
