I am not receiving confirmation code - a letter from you

Dear Sir or Madam,

It is probably around 2 month when I started registering my flat on your website. Since then I am waiting for a letter with a confirmation code. The letter has been probably posted twice, but I have not received any.

What shall I do in order to speed up the process? My property is listed on AirBnB since mid of November and the registration came through straight away. Can we do anything to move it forward, please?

So you know, we have waited 8 months to receive it. we needed to call and call and send mail etc ... finally we recieved it....BUT it would not see the credit card info's anyway so being verifyed is ***

They have the worst customer service ever. good luck.

8 months - wow. Is there any other company to recommend except AirBnB which is brilliant. Maybe Trivago?

Overall my dealings with booking.com have been very good. Some features here are better than Airbnb. Try putting multiple rooms to let on Airbnb and you will see how much easier booking.com is.

I have been sent a code but I am not there to receive it and besides, mail does not come to my registered address! We don't get mail at the house. Now what can I do, is it possible to contact Booking.com by phone? thanks
