I had to cancel the reservation

I Cant rent out the house and I have a reservation coming. They are not answering me. I have asked then to cancel the reservation. Could you help me Please?

Hi Jan

 

If you need to do it and you firstly message them simply end the messaage with , ' I will start the cancellation and you will receive an email to action for it , kindly do so'

Then go to the reservation and click on cancel.

Simply wait for them to do so, if after 48 hours still no action contact BdC. Or skip the cancel part and contact BdC.
