Hi , I have one apartment ( Callejon de Hamel in Havana, Cuba) ready for rent from one week ago and I don't received any guest!!, What can I do??

Well i assume you dont have any reviews yet. Thats why guests wont book. Try to make an attractive price so you will get bookings and reviews. Than you can put again your regular prices. Should work usually.
Hi Roman, thank you, for your comment. I was reviewing again the calendar in my Apartment Callejon de Hamel in Havana, Cuba and all days look like blocked for all year and in Booking.com search appear like all is rented. I tried to change it, but it was impossible, now I don't know what ca I do??

can you tell me which colour the days/rates have? Are they yellow or red? You should try to open sales for this rooms. I also think that your account manager from booking.com will be able to assist. You will find contact details under the message tab in the Extranet on the right side.

Hi Roman the color is like dark red. I tried to change it but it's impossible.

when its red the rooms are closed. Please go to the Rates & Availability tap and choose there the period, days in the week etc. you want to open. As the action to perform choose "open" and click update and save changes.
