I want a cilent room
I get a message i want a silent room from many of my guest in my inbox. When i answer the question the guest says that they have not sendt that message. I have got maybe 10 to 15 of the same messages from different custommers. Strange...
Yup we're getting the same thing. It's not a great concept, if, as I think it's a new feature of Booking.com.
I am getting the same repeated message "I want a quiet room is this possible?" Can Booking.com please look into this and sort it out as it just seems an automatic thing when people book... Exactly the same message each time ??
Same here, please Booking.com advise us how to remove this option. Thanks
