I wish to contact Booking.com

I have just spent over 1 hours trying to find out how to contact Booking.com and got to this level of help.  Can someone please give me an email address so I can send an email to Booking.com requesting information on how to update my listing.

Please update your telephone number contact for Australia.  I have just found this number in your extranet 03 385373210 to find out that the number has been disconnected !!!!!

Since this is just a partner community, please contact directly to Booking.com customer service via Extranet

To contact Booking.com customer service, you have to log in your Extranet account.

Go to Extranet>> Inbox>>Booking.com Message>>Compose a new message

There is no email only the 3 options below.

 

Reminder you cannot post actions requests or any action request on here.

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

ive been trying to call the number listed for 3 hours. and it keep saying disconnected. ive looked at every single number i could possibly find for australia. and none of them connect.
