iCal import not showing
I have just listed 51 villas on the same resort and I am trying to find where to import iCals for the calendars before I set it live and also to integrate with supercontrol?
Can anyone help?
I cannot believe I am about to list 2000 properties with booking.com and I do not have an account manager.
You need to evaluate if what you're doing is okay.
Supercontrol looks like a very bad idea for the amount of properties you have.
You must take on something serious and easy to use for such an inventory.
The one I use is something that would fit you best, Siteminder. Because you will not have such issues as iCal linking. The channels are mapped normally and it should be such a streamlined thing to do.
If need be, I do consultancy services and I can figure out the best way for you to work and actually make more profit than with your current setup. Leave me a message on my site and we can chat about it.
On the other hand, you do have an account manager, the person who called you when you signed up for BDC. There is an account manager for every property, you can ask your local BDC office to tell you who it is. But regardless, your issue is something that you need to do.
Now, if you have connected the Channel Manager, then you should see this text:
If you have not connected it, then you can sync the iCal in the Calendar. Some option called Sync Calendars. I don't remember as I only saw it once on an account that didn't work with a Channel Manager.
