Good afternoon, 

I hope my message finds you well. 

I kindly ask you to let me know why my property (Infinity Apartment) is not listed for customers. 

I have received an email a couple of months ago saying that the property needs to be checked and to wait to be contacted by your team. 

Nothing happened, yet the property is inactive at the moment. 

Can you please help me and let me know what to do next in regards to share my property availability again ?
