Irrelevant message when guests have booked

Anyone else getting all their new bookings with a "I would like to request a quiet room" attached in the guest messages?!?!? One guest has said that it is now attached to all her new bookings...even when she doesn't request it! We only have the one room and this is seemingly a continuous new message now! I have tried to contact Booking.com. but keep getting "oops something went wrong try again later" come up and that happened over several days...

We started getting these messages a week or so ago - I just booked it myself to see if it was generated and it did.  We'd like to turn it off too.

We also got a double booking a little while ago which was embarrassing as the guest had set off!!

Hello Gerald Downes, Mike Smith! Unfortunately, the problem is caused by a bug. The good news is that the team is already working on fixing it. Let's hope they will do it soon.

Bug on save button also still exists...
