Legal Country Switch
Dear Partners,
My structure was set up years ago and I did a mistake at the time and used my UK address instead of the house's address. My partner and owner of the house is Italian and has an Italian VAT number and we need to pay taxes in Italy, invoice correctly, etc... I have been in touch on and off with Booking.com to resolve the issue, but we don't seem to be able to change the legal country. I have even send a new signed document to change the legal country (provided by Booking.com). I was asked to call them, thinking we had it sorted now, but we are back to square one. Can anybody help please? I have a second structure (in the same house) that is set up correctly (Diddy's Country and Diddy's Country Abbasciu, both in Puglia). Thanks
