Location and Verification portal

Notice on account says we can't accept bookings until we update location and when I try to do this, I get a Verification Portal requesting a code that was supposedly mailed to us 3-4 months ago. The letter was sent to our physical address and we do not get mail delivery in my town. 

How can we resolve this quickly so we can accept new bookings immediately?

Don't hold your breath. We waited two months for the code, then only when I complained multiple times did we get given the option to upload a video of the property. It's been two weeks and they can't verify a 1 minute video. So I relisted the property and it works just fine until I ask for the old one to be deleted and they tell me I shouldn't have relisted it. Honestly they are ***hopeless.
