I am selected for location verification.
This means my account is blocked untill I receive a code.
The code has been sent to me 3 times, I didnt receive anything.
I call the call center several times, they advice me to wait, I will be called but nothing happens.
In the mean time I do not receive any bookings, it is very difficult!
In the past I received satisfied guests and I use to get bookings almost every 2 days.

We see that your property address was recently updated, as it was missing some details, and the new verification letter was requested. Normally it takes up to 15 days for the letter to arrive. We really hope you will receive it soon and will be able to verify your property.

I start to be desperate. The "so called code" would have be sent to me now 3 times.
I didn't receive anything. I do receiver other mail though. My address is correct, my name on the mailbox and the number is mentioned on the mailbox.
I don't believe you have sent me anything. It has been 3 weeks now I have been told I will be contacted about this problem.
YOU ARE BLOCKING THE ACCOUNT AND THE RESERVATIONS AND NOT HELPING ME AT ALL
Please get me out of this situation, as fast as possible.
