Log in not recognised

This is really frustrating! I'm logged in on Pulse but need to hook up via my laptop, the log in page is telling me that my property number isn't correct or recognised. I'm accessing this page from another property I own as the customer service number isn't taking calls either. 

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you actually tried normal https://admin.booking.com/ on a browser of a PC ?
