Messages to guests

Is anyone else having problems with messages not being passed to or from guests in good time? Sometimes when I ask if guests would like an evening meal or if they can give me an arrival time, they turn up expecting a meal for instance and I haven't been notified through Booking.com. Or they tell me they'll be arriving late at night because their ferry is held up for instance, and I don't get the message until the next morning.Meanwhile I have been considering contacting the police to see if there has been an accident!

Hi, no in general that's not a system issue but a device connectivity issue
