Missing payment

After ten days I still await a payment. The complaints process with B.Com is worse than pulling teeth

Totally agree - find them totally unresponsive - its very frustrating at times.  You feel like you are just talking to an automated service.

I only started with B.Com 9th May and already having problems. My first venture into the holiday letting market here i Isle of Skye. The amount of commission seems extraordinary and sporadic. For a so called Super Flex the amount of commission was over £50 nightly for one guest. Not sure how long I will stay with them. Still no sign of my missing cash.
