Good day

We get rated on "Staff" when clients rates us, but we dont have any staff on our property, it is a house we rent out.  How do we remove the "staff" rating.  People are rating us on staff which we dont have, so we suspect they are rating us on Staff on the Estate where our house is, which has nothing to do with our place.
