My account got suspended three weeks ago and we are trying to reach a Booking representative

We received a number of suspicious bookings, which were later cancelled.  Booking decided to freeze our account and accused us of breaching our contract with them, even though we tried to explain the situation.

We have written them repeatedly and have gotten Zero response.   Does anybody have a telephone number we can call to speak to a real person and not some automated menu?

For a company that is supposed to provide service to its users Booking is not covering itself in glory.

Never post action requests here, nothing will happen

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
