My enquiries have suddenly stopped
I am confused and concerned. After a run (even during the COVID insanity) of constant booking enquiries, bookings and 10/10 reviews, suddenly I have had not a single Booking.Com customer booking enquiry in > four weeks!
Does the platform regulate these things in any way? People movement has picked up and my bookings on other platforms are showing a steady increase.

As suggested, do give us a call (as above) to discuss further. In the meantime, I also suggest to go on the front end of Booking.com (as a Guest) and look to book over at your city. Play around with filters like Genius, Free Cancellation, Price Lowest etc. Have an idea how you're ranked/ listed as compared to others.
