My listing is Closed/NOT Bookable - BUT guests are still able to book and pay Booking.com in full for bookings which is not cleared with us, the property?
We have closed and made our property Not Bookable until travel frees up and tourism returns to some sort of normal. However we are getting guest notifications saying they have booked and paid for stays (which the dates are blocked/closed/ "Not" bookable).
Does anyone know how to get hold of someone at booking.com to help guide me through what's going? I would hate for guests to show up expecting a room which doesn't exist and has never actually been confirmed!
