My other extranet *** Tiptop Vacation Homes

My wife is the owner of Tiptop Vacation Homes and has two property listings *** Tiptop Vacation Homes and *** Outlook Ridge by Tiptop Vacation Homes. In February she agreed to a management contract with OYO Rooms in respect of Tiptop Vacation Homes but cancelled the agreement on April 21, 2021. Since then OYO has disregarded repeated requests to cease and desist making bookings and to return control of the extranet to her. There seems to be no way to contact booking.com as access to the extranet is being blocked by OYO since password reset requests result in a reset link being sent to an OYO email address. We have since July 1, 2021 repeatedly informed OYO that we will reject all bookings from OYO including those originating through booking.com and will refuse to register the guests through visita.baguio.gov.ph, this was forced on us by OYO accepting bookings that violated covid regulations in exceeding permitted 50% occupancy levels.

We would ask you to kindly cancel all outstanding bookings for OYO 760 Tiptop Vacation Homes and restore the extranet control of property *** to my wife's email address ***

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
